Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Podiatrist in Clifton, NJ, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Insurance Plan Participation

Office Payment Policies, and Definitions: We accept cash, checks.

1. Deductibles
   At the beginning of the year most insurance companies have deductibles that must be met by the patient. If the deductible is $130.00 the first $130.00 of medical expenses for that calendar year is to be paid out of pocket be the Insured (Patient)
2. Copayments
   This is the percentage of the Medical Bill that is to be paid by the patient or to be paid by the patient's secondary insurace carrier. Some plans require that the patient pay a COPAYMENT. This is a payment to be paid at the time of the office visit.
3. HMO's and Managed Care Policies
   If an Insurance company allows you to go out of the network, and we at this office are not on the Insurance's provider panel, special payment arrangements will be made so as to keep you as a patient. We hope that you understand that if your insurance contract requires that you get a referral for treatment by a specialist it is your responsibility to bring this referral in with you so that we can properly take care of you.
